Seongsu <Souvenir House>. The exterior looks like a place where performative hipsters would sit briefly and leave, but the single-origin coffee is genuinely excellent. I felt deeply wronged and frustrated that my schedule forced me to drink it quickly and leave in under twenty minutes 😇. I will absolutely return. This is coffee meant to be savored.
