Sindang <Taewajae>. A bakery café. The first floor holds a large roasting room, the basement a materials warehouse, and the second floor the customer space. The egg flan was quite good, with proper vanilla bean and cream; the house blend contains slight flavoring but is also solid. Better for sitting and talking calmly than working.
