Hyeopjae <Suseonhwa Sikdang> flagship. Signature Suseonhwa *bomal* pasta. Truly delicious. At first glance it may look as though ingredients were thrown in indiscriminately, but every necessary component appears in exactly the amount needed, creating a varied, fragrant, exuberantly tasty dish without excess. The portion is generous too. I will surely return next time I come to Jeju.
