Oizumi-gakuen <Inosho Ekiton>. It has several locations, but rather than a chain, it feels more like a loose federation in which each branch specializes in a different dish. Ekiton's specialty is rich tonkotsu. This style is becoming increasingly rare in Korea, so it was good to encounter a well-balanced tonkotsu again after so long.
