Jeju <Ollae Guksu Main Branch>. Pork-bone and anchovy stocks blended in excellent balance. I like this place because it taught me that generous meat and excellent flavor do not require a milky, aggressively rich broth. Still as good as before. Always my first meal whenever I come to Jeju.
