City Hall Station <Liu Fangning's Wok>. Liu Fangning has a major presence in Korean-Chinese culinary lineage, so I had long wondered about a restaurant bearing his name. It was “luxurious K-Chinese” itself. It may not deliver novelty, but the subtle, lingering flavor is well worth a special visit.
