Ebisu <Yebisu Brewery Tokyo>. Beyond the permanent Infinity, there are several other lines; this time I chose Key of the Night, aged in Dewar's 12-year casks. Quantities are limited and sales are onsite only, so some days you cannot find it even after coming. The price is high, but it is well worth experiencing—especially if you like whiskey.
