In front of Kameido Station <Kibo>. There is no particular signature dish, but every plate that arrived repeatedly made us say how delicious it was. It is not cheap for a neighborhood restaurant and therefore not especially crowded, but there was a reason it had operated in one area for years and even moved into a larger space.
