Ilsan <Restaurant Hiraoka>. Tonkotsu shio ramen. Extra-rich is a separate option, but I ordered the standard bowl. It is clean while still carrying all the satisfying character of good tonkotsu. The chashu was tender, the bamboo shoots quite delicious, and the noodles good as well. Probably the best option for ramen near KINTEX.
