Yeonnam <Soi Yeonnam>. Beef rice noodles and som tam. A longstanding restaurant that has survived in Yeonnam for years. Its textbook sense of what good pho should be remains as excellent as ever. It soothed a stomach unsettled by yesterday's greasy meal. For a moment, I thought human relationships need something like that too. I miss someone.
