모소리

Sinsa <Mosori>. The original is in Namcheon, Busan, and this is its first directly managed branch. It is rare to find a meat restaurant where every cut is delicious, but despite this dinner group forming on impulse, the meal was deeply satisfying. The side dishes and the *meljeot*, the restaurant's defining kick, were superb. Not a trace of regret over turning aside on my way home from work.
