Mangwon-dong <Saebyeok Curry>. There is one curry, with optional toppings. It is smooth, concentrated, and buttery, yet unexpectedly not heavy. That exact balance is appealing, and the restrained salt level keeps it comfortable. The onion was cooked beautifully, while the beef flavor had dissolved thoroughly into the whole. A genuinely delicious bowl of curry.
