Apgujeong Rodeo <Ore no Ikiru Michi>. Another good Jiro-style ramen shop has opened. The soup was quite thick, and the house-made noodles were delicious. The salinity is not sharply piercing but high overall; rather than violent, this is a softer, densely filled-out form of Jiro-style ramen. Finished 300 g of noodles with every topping fully increased.
