Mangwon <Dowolliga>. Gwangyang-style pork gukbap. Though it is pork soup, chicken and vegetable stocks lead the blend, keeping it clean. Bean sprouts beneath the meat add freshness. Chogochujang is served on the side; mix it with perilla powder and dip the meat. The kimchi is quite good. Ideal when you want gukbap that is soft and refreshing yet deep.
