Pohang <Kkotdwaeji Bossam>, main branch. Pohang's most famous bossam restaurant. Long ago, this was where I first learned that the combination of suyuk and bossam kimchi could feel this beautiful. Its age has brought plenty of gossip and wildly uneven ratings, but it is famous enough that most people in Pohang know it, and it is delicious.
