Sindaebang <Coffeenish>. Basque cheesecake. The coffee is solid without notable edges; the cake is gluten-free and therefore somewhat short on viscosity. It compensates by using far more cream cheese than an ordinary cheesecake to hold its form. With large tables and a generally comfortable interior, I can strongly recommend it as a place to work.
