Yeonhui-dong <Linkage Burger>. I could almost hear it declaring, “The patty is meat. Meat, I tell you!” Cooked meat gives a satisfying chew without toughness, full of juice and aroma. I also like how restrained but sufficient salt follows in the latter half. Every component beyond the patty is individually excellent.
