화상손만두

Nakseongdae <Hwasang Sonmandu>. A Korean handmade-dumpling specialist with exceptionally thin wrappers. I ordered the assortment. The fried dumplings hold chives and minced meat saturated with juice, and the degree of frying on the wrapper is exquisite. The meat and kimchi mandu are also excellent. The kimchi version is fairly hot, but tastes distinctively of real fermented kimchi rather than chili oil.
