Seoul Nat'l Univ. <Durest>. This neighborhood had a genuinely serious pâtisserie after all. I expected a moderately casual cafe, then was surprised to find mousse cakes with highly professional presentation in the display case. The lemon mousse chooses a slightly firm texture to hold its shape, but remains bright and refreshing, while the lemon-apple compote inside is good too.
