Jongno <Tsuki Ramen>. A hidden tsukemen dish available from 12:30, after peak time. Selecting the Maniac option raises the tsukejiru's salinity, and its flavor and aroma intensify along with it. Since the noodles are dipped into the sauce anyway, I recommend Maniac on the assumption that you eat carefully. Truly delicious.
