Pohang <Jagalchi Hoetjip>. A neighborhood sashimi restaurant. Every one of the many accompanying dishes was good, and the sashimi in particular was delicious. Sometimes I prefer sashimi presented this way rather than roughly sliced to order. If a spread is made well from good ingredients, there is no reason to refuse it. A place worth bringing guests.
