The dumplings made in the kitchen were excellent in both filling and wrapper, and the main dish, which resembles Pyongyang Naengmyeon but insists on the name "Beef Cold Noodles," is also delicious. The broth, which is quite salty, offers a sufficiently rich umami flavor despite the buckwheat aroma being a bit lacking, and the sliced pork and the slightly sour pickled cucumbers on top keep refreshing your palate.
