Haebangchon <Urban Cliff>. The coffee and Biscoff cheesecake are quite good, and the view is the main attraction. The terrace view is so strong that coming at night would probably feel overwhelming. If any place can be fully explained by atmosphere alone, this is it. Wine and other meal dishes are available, making it good for a reserved visit.
